Four-year collective agreement with B.C. government and services union The ice agreement enters into force on January 1, 2020 provides for an annual wage increase of 2%. “We appreciate the value our union employees bring to RDOS,” said Karla Kozakeich, Chair of the District Board of Directors. “The Board of Directors is pleased that an out-of-court settlement has been reached that will take us over the next four years.” The previous agreement expired on 31 December. Contract negotiations began on February 25 and the Board of Directors approved the new agreement on March 5.
