As far as my learning agreement is concerned, the themes I will present are very varied, as I will adopt the whole international programme for Erasmus students and other topics I have chosen, such as English, sport, food or music. But I`m going to talk about the topics in a few months, when I`ve already started them and I can talk with knowledge about the story. As everyone knows, one of the most complicated things for anyone who leaves Erasmus is the famous apprenticeship agreement or the same: the contract for equivalency of studies. Yes, this treaty that puts us all on the road to bitterness and gives us more than a puzzle, because it is far from easy. It is possible to amend the learning agreement once you have reached your destination, as long as both universities agree. The time to request the change is not very long, so once you start classes, you have to decide if you want to make changes. As soon as this happened, we had the most important thing: that our coordinator accept it and sign it! And that`s where we had the real odyssey, because our dear coordinator was missing. We went into his office and he wasn`t, we came back another day when he was supposed to be, and a colleague told us that day that he had not gone to university and that he had not responded to the emails, with the desperation that this meant for us, since the papers had to be sent to the University of Salzburg within a specified time frame. Finally, as the third goes to the late, we get that after a long period of waiting to sign all the documents and it is bad that it did not put blows on us to validate everything! The apprenticeship agreement should include all the learning gains that the student must obtain during the exchange. We met one day Nuria, Claudia and I, the three girls who leave together from my university in Salzburg, and we spent an entire afternoon with different papers and with the famous learning agreement to choose all the subjects and make the necessary changes until we get the necessary credits, a task that was not much less short , because it was before the choice of topics you had to know a little about what they did not have to go on adventure and make selection mistakes. But at the end, after a full afternoon, we succeeded! That is why, once he signed us without any problems, we sent the documents to Salzburg as quickly as possible and we responded them fairly quickly and happily with a letter in which important information (such as the day we have to be there for the orientation week, the missing documents… ) explained and sent the missing documents. Within a few days, our concern came back, because we did not receive a reply from the University of Austria, but within a few weeks, after sending everything, they finally sent us the acceptance letter! This is how we are already officially accepted with great pleasure on our part! The three parties who sign the apprenticeship agreement are committed to respecting all agreed agreements and thereby ensuring that the student will obtain recognition for studies or internships conducted abroad without any other requirements.
With regard to student mobility for internships, the apprenticeship agreement should define how the internship is recognised, depending on whether it is counted in the student`s diploma, on a voluntary basis (not compulsory for the diploma) or by a recent graduate.
